As an architect myself, my greatest passion is for architectural design, buildings that rise above mere shelter to strike a chord within us and raise our spirits. Architecture has the power to inspire, to transform space and place, as well as people.
There are two galleries to view, one dedicated to classical architecture from around the world, and the second showcasing some of the best contemporary design from the modern era.
As a native of Ireland I am spoilt as a photographer, the array of breathtaking landscape shots offered by this wild and rugged island keeps me busy all year round. Many of the shots in these galleries will be of this beautiful locale, however they are complimented by images from my travels around the world.
Again two galleries are offered, seascapes and landscapes.
The colours and striking contrasts offered by our natural world have always beguiled me, and my images here attempt to capture some of the joy I and many others experience when witnessing God's garden at its very best.
One of the more difficult aspects of photography has to be wildlife images, notoriously tricky due to the nature of the subject. The Wildlife gallery above provides a sample of my best efforts!
As a father of three and grandfather of five, I am not short of subjects to hone my skills. A still life capture of a busy world is priceless, especially when the memories they envoke are happy ones.
The galleries here showcase not only those I love the most, but life passing us by, both at home and abroad.
